Stringray Globe partially re-opened to eat-in customers on Saturday 4 July 2020. We are exercising the utmost caution and following all government guidelines to do so and we expect our customers to do the same. Please act responsibly and stay at home if you do not feel 100% and/or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
Outdoors: Customers are now allowed to consume food and drink at our tables outside. We ask that groups are mindful of our neighbours and other customers, respect government social distancing guidelines and keep at least 1m apart. Only one group is permitted per table, of course! Outside tables will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and customers are required to place their orders and pay at the door.
Indoors: We have rearranged our tables indoors to ensure they are distanced from each other. As a result, our capacity is greatly reduced so please make your reservations early! Any group dining inside will be asked to leave a contact name and number in order to support NHS Test and Trace.
We have hand sanitiser dispensers in numerous locations and ask that you use them regularly. All items used by customers, including our menus, will be either discarded or sanitised after each use.
We are, of course, still open for takeaway orders as well, every day from 12 noon until 10 pm (Fridays and Saturdays until 11 pm). Delivery is available via Deliveroo and UberEats, or you can place an order with us directly, either in person or over the phone, and pop round to collect.
We hope as much as you all do that this is the beginning of a return to 'normal'. We are enormously grateful for all the support our wonderful customers have given us during this difficult period, and we are very excited to welcome you all back through our doors. In the meantime, we will continue to follow the advice issued by the government and other authorities and keep you updated at all times.
